About the Graduate Programme - how you’ll learn and grow

We believe that diverse skills drive innovation, which is why we encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds. We welcome students studying a broad range of subjects, including but not limited to Business, Finance, Economics, Communications or Engineering. You’ll also:   

  • Be a final-year student, graduating by July 2026 
  • Be legally eligible to work full-time in the country you’re applying to. 
  • Be a team player with strong academic performance and extracurricular achievements. 
  • Have excellent presentation skills, with extensive PowerPoint experience.
  • Be comfortable with numbers; data analysis, tracking and reporting.
