Job Summary

This role will be responsible to assist clients in navigating the mortgage application process, evaluating client financial situation, and offering expert advice on Home Finance options and financial products. Having strong communication and analytical skills are essential, as well as a thorough understanding of mortgage regulations and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

•    Provide the administrative support to frontline sales channels for the seamless and speedy service for the end to end on boarding of Mortgage cases to achieve the service goals.
•    Retention of the existing customers to increase the Mortgage book size and to enhance the revenue in result.
•    Improve overall processing Turn Around Time and ensure service levels are up to set standards all the time. 
•    To give feedback to product team and Mortgage head to keep the mortgage policy market competitive based on the analysis of the customer queries and concern regarding the product.
•    Providing administrative support to the said business units, including managing paperwork, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
•    To ensure mortgage penetration activities within business units i.e. RMs calling on assigned leads / presentations where required / stall activities
•    Assisting with customer inquiries, responding to emails, and handling phone calls to provide timely and helpful information.
•    Coordinating with various departments to facilitate the mortgage application process, ensuring all required documents are obtained and processed efficiently.
•    Assisting the secured sales head in managing daily operations and workflows within the channels.
•    Conducting preliminary assessments of loan applications to identify any missing or incomplete information and following up accordingly.
•    Assisting with the preparation and submission of mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
•    Monitoring and tracking the progress of mortgage applications of business units, keeping all stakeholders informed about the status.
•    Assisting secured sales head and arrange the training sessions of the channels where required.
•    Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers
