Title: Associate Director Relationship Manager - Corporate & Investment Banking

Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing portfolio of Multinational Corporate clients in Central Region in coordination with country and network coverage / product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the client strategy for the designated portfolio.
- Accountability for delivering financial performance objectives (revenues, costs, etc.) and other objectives for client relationship management and development.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and credit risk.
- Actively originate new business and grow the franchise by leveraging the bank's competitive attributes (e.g., Network, Transaction Banking).
- Selectively develop new relationships as required.
- Engage senior management and decision-makers of key clients to improve dialogue quality.
- Promote a shift from transactional reactive client coverage to consistent value-added partner/trusted advisor status.
- Anticipate clients' needs and provide strategic advice, involving relevant product and industry partners.
- Maximize profitable revenue for the bank while maintaining a focus on client outcomes.
- Strengthen and deepen existing relationships at both senior and operating levels within the designated portfolio
- Bring strategic thought to changes in the corporate landscape regionally/globally and identify areas of international grow
- Proactively manage the designated client portfolio to ensure close ties with key stakeholders such as Financial Markets, Transaction Banking, Corporate Finance Risk, Country CEOs, and Service Delivery. This includes the appropriate identification and management of risks, ensuring compliance with the regulatory environment by staying updated with changes and Group policies, and contributing to policy formulation. Additionally, ensure adherence to all sales disciplines in accordance with CIB standards, including Account Planning, Call Reports, and Deal Pipeline Management.
- Ensure key regulatory risks and concerns are raised within the governance framework across Corporate teams.
