Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on the Transaction and Treasury Management (TTM) revenue targets.
- Work closely with frontline sales to commercialize TTM related business opportunities and provide expertise support in solution delivery.
- Provide support and align the Business Banking TTM agenda and priorities whilst driving effective execution through Business Banking Relationship Managers.
- Support Business Banking Relationship Manager in identifying trade, deposit, FX, and cash management opportunities to grow revenue contributions to BB.
- Identify New-To-Bank (NTB) opportunities and deepen existing portfolios.
- Assist Relationship Managers in wallet sizing clients.
- Participate in the digital roadmap design for Business Banking clients and drive digital channel adoption.
- Provide expertise in planning Cash Management, Trade, and Wealth Management acquisition to meet the sophisticated requirements of Medium Enterprise and High Value Business Banking clients.
- Drive transactional cash management through online solutions by promoting digital adoption among client segments (Straight2Bank adoption, manual-to-electronic conversion, and over-the-counter reduction).
- Deepen collaboration with other product stakeholders across Deposit, Transaction Banking, Client Access / Straight2Bank team, and Wealth Management.
- Coordinate with Operations and clients for the fulfillment and smooth execution of TTM related transactions and implementation of solutions.
- Ensure adherence to the highest standards of ethics and compliance with relevant policies, processes, and regulations.
- Build deep and comprehensive knowledge of local regulations and initiatives of local industry bodies to stay ahead of the regulatory change agenda and its impact on the product lifecycle.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to effectively identify, escalate, and mitigate Operational, Compliance, Credit, Regulatory, and Business conduct risks related to TTM Sales.
