Job Summary
- Translate approved Wealth business priorities and customer engagement strategies into high-quality, measurable campaigns, communications, client experiences and engagement programmes across markets.
- Lead the execution and activation of global Wealth marketing initiatives by developing frameworks, toolkits, implementation guidance and best practices that enable effective market adoption and local adaptation.
- Drive consistent and impactful client engagement outcomes through campaign activation, event excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Activation and Marketing Execution
- Translate approved Wealth engagement priorities into integrated campaigns, customer journeys, content frameworks, channel plans and activation programmes.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of global marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, strong governance and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with markets to drive adoption, execution quality and alignment to global engagement standards.
Client Engagement and Communications
- Develop customer engagement frameworks, communications approaches and content strategies that support Wealth propositions and business priorities.
- Create strategic briefs and communication guidance for creative, digital, CRM, media and agency partners.
- Ensure client communications remain customer-relevant, commercially effective and aligned to brand standards.
Event and Experience Excellence
- Establish and maintain global standards and frameworks for client events and experiences.
- Provide guidance and enablement to regional and country teams to ensure consistent event quality, customer experience and brand execution.
- Lead the design and activation of priority client engagement events and experience programmes across markets.
Market Enablement and Capability Building
- Develop reusable toolkits, templates, frameworks and implementation guidance that support local market adaptation.
- Share best practices, lessons learned and successful activation approaches across markets.
- Support regional and country marketing teams in delivering high-quality customer engagement programmes.
Performance Measurement and Optimisation
- Define measurement frameworks and reporting requirements for engagement programmes and campaigns.
- Monitor performance across engagement, event participation, content consumption and commercial outcomes.
- Translate insights and customer feedback into recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and client engagement performance.
Stakeholder and Matrix Leadership
- Build strong partnerships across Wealth business teams, Global Marketing centres of excellence, regional and country marketing teams and agency partners.
- Lead delivery through influence, ensuring clear accountabilities, alignment and execution across a matrix organisation.
Provide clear, concise and action-oriented updates to senior stakeholders regarding programme performance, risks and opportunities

Our Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of experience leading customer engagement, campaign execution, communications or event marketing programmes within financial services or a comparable regulated industry.
- Proven track record delivering integrated multi-channel marketing and engagement initiatives across regional or global markets.
- Experience developing implementation frameworks, market toolkits, activation guidance and scalable best practices.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, agency partners and country marketing teams within a matrix environment.
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Priority Banking, Private Banking or related customer segments.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- Professional marketing qualifications desirable but not mandatory.
