Job Summary
• Lead the Affluent Portfolio Growth mandate to drive AUM and revenue uplift at scale across the low touch Priority client base and clients who are yet to be upgraded to Priority, leveraging AI driven engagement, MarTech capabilities (CDP, PEGA RTIM), guided journeys and conversational experiences, without primary reliance on Relationship Managers.
• This role owns the end to end strategy, execution and scaling of always on, personalised, portfolio led digital engagement that deepens wealth relationships across this group of clients.
• We are seeking a digital‑led growth lead to manage and grow Affluent Client Portfolio mandate to drive AUM and revenue uplift across a low‑touch Priority base and clients who are yet to be upgraded to Priority through AI‑driven engagement, MarTech capabilities (CDP, PEGA RTIM), guided journeys and conversational experiences, complemented by targeted human interventions where most impactful.
Key Responsibilities
• Own portfolio‑level growth outcomes across Non RM managed and Long Tail Priority clients (AUM uplift, revenue per client, qualified engagement, wealth transactions).
• Design and scale AI‑driven, always‑on client engagement using signals, behaviours and portfolio insights.
• Translate CIO views, market signals and product strategy into simple, actionable digital journeys and nudges.
• Lead RTIM / CDP‑powered use cases including portfolio diversification, idle liquidity activation, large money moments and goal‑based journeys.
• Partner closely with MarTech, Data, Wealth, CIO, Channels and Compliance to industrialise scalable journeys.
• Establish a test‑and‑learn growth engine, moving winning pilots rapidly into BAU.
• Shape the future of conversational AI as a portfolio engagement and sales surface for Priority clients.
• Build playbooks, operating models and measurement frameworks for sustainable growth.
Our Ideal Candidate
• 8+ years of experience driving growth or revenue outcomes in digital, data‑led environments (banking, wealth, fintech, or adjacent).
• Deep understanding of client lifecycle behaviour, especially affluent / wealth clients.
• Practical fluency with MarTech & decisioning platforms (e.g. CDP, RTIM, personalisation, triggers, experimentation).
• Proven ability to translate data, insights and strategy into execution at scale.
• Experience working across complex, regulated environments.
• Exposure to wealth management, investments or portfolio‑driven products will be preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven personalisation or conversational interfaces would be beneficial.
• Track record of building 0→1→scale growth initiatives is a plus.
