Job Summary

We are looking for some interested in managing and executing distribution strategies on private debt transactions targeting structured and synthetic distribution to institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in developing Originate to Distribute strategy and promote alternative distribution structures with focus on private credit institutional investors to maximize distribution through product innovation, structured distribution, including repackaging and securitisation, thereby increasing investor penetration
  • Assist in promoting new origination opportunities and structures driven by institutional investor demand
  • Continue to evolve the product suite and solutions for external clients, targeting solutions alternative to standard bank and public market distribution 
  • Work with  internal and external stakeholders on alternative distribution structures with internal and external presentations and deal documentation and approvals 
  • Work on relative value analysis to assist with pricing decisions
  • Works with Sales to conduct comprehensive private credit investor soundings for various products and opportunities
  • Review of deal documentation to enable better investors distribution 
  • Work with various internal parties to address investor due diligence questions
  • Work on documentation and structuring aspects with external parties on repackaging solutions
  • Assist with analysis and approvals related to underwriting decisions
