You will combine strong analytical capability with commercial insight to support structured finance deals (e.g. loan-on-loan, warehouse facilities, CMBS), manage risk effectively, and drive deal execution end-to-end. This is a highly collaborative role offering exposure to senior stakeholders, cross-product teams, and a dynamic deal pipeline.

We are committed to building an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued, and we welcome applications from all backgrounds.

  • Collaborate across Credit, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure smooth and compliant deal execution
  • Take ownership of deal progression — from pipeline management through to execution and documentation
  • Monitor portfolio risk and maintain ongoing engagement with stakeholders to ensure effective risk control
  • Analyse pricing trends, market dynamics and public transactions (e.g. CMBS) to inform decision-making
  • Drive governance and control processes (e.g. RCAF, PSR, BCA), ensuring adherence to internal standards
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to broader client relationship strategies
