On our Syndicate & Portfolio Management Graduate Programme, you'll gain exposure to how large-scale financing is structured, distributed and managed across global markets. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll develop an understanding of credit, risk and portfolio management while helping to support clients and drive business growth across some of the world's most dynamic markets.

Where you could work  

You’ll be placed into one of the following teams:

• Credit Portfolio Analytics - Manages how the Bank uses its financial resources and credit portfolio, balancing risk and returns to support sustainable growth and make effective use of capital and funding. 
• Credit Portfolio Management - Provides data-driven analysis and insights to support informed decision-making, helping the Bank understand its clients, credit portfolio, and identify opportunities to improve performance and returns
• Syndicate and Financing Risk - Supports the structuring, pricing, risk management and distribution of loans and bonds, helping the Bank provide financing to clients while effectively managing risk and returns.

Eligibility     

To be eligible for this graduate programme, you need to be in your final year of study and graduating by July 2027.  You must also have the permanent legal right to work in the country you’re applying to.
