Title: Business Manager, Corporate and eCommerce Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales in AME, UK, Europe, and Americas to define and implement strategies for competitive advantages.
- Connect Corporate Sales with Group agendas.
- Focus on data-driven problem solving.
- Support Sales COO in account planning and align incentives.
- Work with Finance on business planning.
- Lead Markets Sales in LATAM and Africa.
- Streamline support for Corp Sales.
- Ensure strong execution of initiatives to improve product delivery.
- Manage non-financial risks.
- Create analytical reports for senior management.
- Manage budget setting, performance analytics, and Markets Sales needs.
- Enhance Sales efficiency and client experiences with product owners.
- Analyze and collaborate with management to grow Markets wallet.
- Provide tools for managers to guide performance. Build relationships across CIB to bridge silos.
- Collaborate with Markets Sales and CIB for seamless delivery.
- Analyze MIS to identify growth areas.
- Propose growth areas with product sales heads and ensure execution.
- Engage and follow up on internal decisions for growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Markets Sales COO to enhance client offerings.
- Manage meeting materials and track action items for efficiency
Processes
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Heads to resolve business blockages.
- Identify investment needs for the strategic agenda and secure budget.
- Ensure adherence to processes per approved policies.
- Ensure regional compliance with process governance by NFRC.
People & Talent
- Lead by example to build culture and values, set expectations, and collaborate with risk and control partners.
- Communicate vision, priorities, and progress to foster engagement and motivation.
- Contribute to process improvement and share best practices.
- Support setting and monitoring job descriptions and objectives for the Sales team, and assist in performance feedback and rewards.
- Communicate strategic change and align organizational structure with people programs.
- Drive recruitment, engagement, and retention of talent, and manage succession planning for key roles, addressing underperformers.
- Conduct periodic reviews of team structure and capacity plans.
Risk Management
- Foster a risk management culture and ensure compliance with processes.
- Support systems and controls to meet Group and Business policies and standards.
- Provide oversight and monitoring of major risk issues.
Governance
- Align governance with business functions by routing new products through the Non-Financial Risk Committee (NFRC) for control and supervision.
- Foster a culture prioritizing compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Ensure business functions comply with internal policies, procedures, and external laws, adhering to the Markets Code of Conduct.
- Support assessment of governance and controls, overseeing necessary changes.
- Understand the regulatory framework and requirements relevant to the role.
- Promote effective governance and cooperate with local regulators.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- Exemplify conduct aligned with the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Embrace high ethical standards and ensure compliance with all laws and the Group Code.
- Collaboratively identify, escalate, and resolve risk and compliance issues.
