If you have a proven track record in structured and secured financing, ideally with experience in private credit and securitisation, and are eager to drive the next phase of growth within a global markets platform, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and execute innovative cross-asset solutions across financing, investment, risk-sharing/optimisation and risk management, helping clients manage balance-sheet, funding and market-risk needs.
  • Drive business growth by identifying private credit-linked opportunities and expanding alternative distribution channels, supported by strong product understanding across risk-sharing and structured credit.
  • Bring and deepen strategic relationships with UK clients, delivering customised and value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with Structuring, Trading, Research, and Relationship teams to deliver comprehensive client outcomes.
  • Ensure robust governance and operational excellence, adhering to internal frameworks and external regulations.
  • Represent the franchise regionally, contributing to business strategy, market presence, and thought leadership.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in secured and structured financing with comprehensive cross-asset knowledge, and the ability to originate and execute complex cross-asset transactions.
  • Strong track record in revenue generation, relationship management, and strategic business development
  • Strong technical knowledge of balance sheet, funding, and capital optimisation concepts.
  • Exceptional client engagement and relationship-building skills, aligning product strategy with client needs.
  • Ability to identify, shape, and deliver revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Understanding of RWA optimisation principles and their practical application.
  • Strong analytical abilities, comfortable interpreting balance sheets, market data, regulatory frameworks, and capital metrics.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive, comfortable steering initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of UK markets and regulatory landscapes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; CFA, FRM are advantageous.
