Job Description

Are you passionate about global markets and investment products? We’re looking for a dynamic, market-savvy professional to join our CMPS team as a Director, Market Product Specialist. In this key role, you’ll collaborate with front-line teams to deliver tailored investment solutions across asset classes—Structured Products, FX, Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives.

You’ll play a critical role in supporting bankers and advisors with product knowledge, market insights, and trade execution—helping clients meet their investment goals and driving growth for the bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tactical investment ideas based on macroeconomic and market analysis.
  • Provide product expertise and market commentary to Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Advisors (IAs).
  • Manage the full trade process—from pricing and approvals to execution.
  • Collaborate with teams across London, Dubai, Singapore, and Hong Kong to ensure best-in-class service.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., FCA best execution).

  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Agile, action-oriented, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Level 4 RDR qualification (required).
  • Industry certifications such as ACI Dealing or CISI (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in private or wealth banking, capital markets, or investment advisory.
