Job Summary

We are a quantum software company, applying cutting edge quantum, quantum inspired, and machine learning research to high impact enterprise use cases.

Our platform connects enterprises with ready-to-run, domain-specific applications and the building blocks behind them.  We enable enterprises to turn quantum potential into real world impact on an accelerated timeframe.

As a joint venture of Standard Chartered and Fujitsu, we exist to turn quantum from potential into impact.  We build high-performance, domain-intelligent applications, accelerate innovation through collaboration, and make frontier technologies accessible to the diverse innovators who will shape the future.

In this role, you will be responsible for building, growing, and representing the company’s ecosystem across the global quantum software landscape. Acting as a visible and credible external face of the business, you will engage with enterprise customers, technology partners, researchers, and platform contributors to expand adoption of our ecosystem platform and in-house quantum applications.

This is an outward-facing role that blends ecosystem development, partnership management, and commercial execution. You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to translate cutting-edge quantum capabilities into compelling value propositions, drive client use cases, and generate revenue through partnerships and direct sales.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating at the intersection of advanced technology, enterprise decision-making, and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the company’s global ecosystem of partners, developers, enterprises, and research collaborators
  • Act as a public-facing representative of the company within the quantum software and advanced computing ecosystem
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships, including technology providers, system integrators, cloud platforms, and industry partners
  • Drive business development and sales for the company’s in-house quantum and quantum-inspired applications
  • Identify, qualify, and progress commercial opportunities from initial engagement through to contract execution
  • Work with product and engineering teams to align ecosystem and customer feedback with product roadmap and platform evolution
  • Design and execute ecosystem growth strategies, including onboarding partners, application contributors, and early adopters
  • Support go-to-market initiatives, including events, conferences, workshops, and thought leadership activities
  • Collaborate with marketing to shape messaging, positioning, and ecosystem narratives
  • Track ecosystem engagement, pipeline development, and commercial performance metrics
  • Represent the company at industry events, consortiums, and enterprise forums

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in ecosystem development, partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales within technology-driven environments
  • Proven ability to build and manage external relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple organisations
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning or contributing to revenue-generating activities
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment

Qualifications

  • Experience within quantum computing, advanced computing, AI/ML, or deep-tech ecosystems
  • Prior exposure to platform businesses, developer ecosystems, or marketplace models
  • Experience selling enterprise software, advanced analytics, or emerging technology solutions
  • Established network across enterprise innovation teams, research institutions, or technology partners
  • Experience working with global clients and cross-border partnerships
  • Confident public speaker with experience representing organisations at industry events or conferences
