Are you ready to take on a global leadership role in regulatory change management? We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Risk and Conduct, Financial Crime, and Compliance (CFCC) COO team as a Global Process Owner (GPO) for Managing Regulatory Change (MRC GPO). This Executive Director role is pivotal in ensuring operational effectiveness in managing regulatory changes affecting Risk and CFCC policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regulatory change strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance regulatory change management efficiency.
- Build capabilities to proactively identify and respond to regulatory and business model changes.
- Own and oversee the end-to-end regulatory change management process.
- Ensure robust risk management in alignment with the Group’s Process Universe.
- Implement Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) to monitor control effectiveness.
- Lead a team to conduct horizon scanning and curate regulatory updates for stakeholders.
- Standardize regulatory publication taxonomy and establish clear ownership structures.
- Promote a culture of integrity, trust, and risk awareness.
- Embed a Here for Good culture and reinforce compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Drive engagement across stakeholders to improve regulatory risk awareness and ownership.
- Uphold and reinforce independence of the Risk and CFCC function.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Act decisively on risk and control weaknesses, escalating when necessary.

- 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Expertise in regulatory identification and change management.
- Proficiency in agile ways of working and delivering transformation.
- Strong data management, analytical, and MI design skills.
