Key Responsibilities

Our candidate will:
- Work on developing the global social media strategy
- Collaborate with teams across the bank to create innovative marketing strategies
- Be able to identify the industry trends, use insights and understand the landscape of social media
The role involves:
- Overseeing the Social Media for the bank
- Supporting the markets with strategic alignment and ensure a consistent brand voice
- Disseminate the global strategy, governance framework, standards, and guidelines to country teams in alignment with the Group social media and web strategy.
- Collaborating with content owners to obtain valuable social media content.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of social channels and adjust the strategy as required.
- Keeping up to date on industry knowledge
- Managing the social media budget and external vendor management
People & Talent
- The role will involve mentoring and managing the social media team
- We would like the role holder to work in collaboration with the risk and control partners
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Helping to upskill team members and assisting in developing them in line with the long term objectives
Risk Management
- Lead on reputational risk management, working closely with the Reputational Risk Management team and Media team, as required.
- Ensure all social media activities comply with industry regulations and the Bank's policies, to mitigate risks associated with social media use, including reputational risks.
Governance
- Oversee the management of the social media governance across markets and function, ensuring compliance
