Curious about a career in banking? Our Insight Programme is your opportunity to experience the fast-paced world of Corporate & Investment Banking first-hand. This three-day, in-person experience is designed for first-year university students (or second year of a four-year degree) who want to explore a future career in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB).
Over three immersive days you’ll:

• Develop the skills that drive success in banking
• Explore diverse career paths within the Bank
• Get a fast-track opportunity for our 2027 Summer Internship Programme in London

What to expect
Your launchpad into banking:
• Deep dives into CIB - Learn how we operate as a global bank and support clients across markets.
• Exposure to our CIB teams - Markets, Global Banking, Client Coverage and Transaction Banking.
• Direct Access to Leaders - Hear career stories from senior leaders and ask them your questions.
• Interactive Workshops – Build commercial awareness, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Job Shadowing – See what day-to-day roles look like in practice.
• Career Coaching - CV reviews and interview preparation with our Early Careers team.

· Any degree discipline
· First year university students (or second year if on a four-year course)
· No prior banking or financial services experience required.

The Insight Programme is an unpaid educational workshop; however, travel and accommodation will be reimbursed for students outside of the immediate London area.
