Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Director, Product Manager – Digital Assets to drive the development and evolution of our Digital Assets strategy within Financing & Securities Services (FSS). You will be at the forefront of shaping new products, managing strategic initiatives, and leading governance activities that will help define the future of digital asset services in Luxembourg and globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Maintain and execute the digital assets product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with market trends, client needs, and strategic priorities.
  • Business Case Development: Lead the creation of robust business cases for new initiatives, including external and internal partnerships, backed by financial modelling and market analysis.
  • Product Development: Define, prototype, and refine new and existing digital asset products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to market.
  • Governance Management: Support and manage product governance and approval processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in Luxembourg and beyond, keeping our offerings market-leading.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency, buy-in, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with digital asset products and implement proactive mitigation strategies in partnership with legal, compliance, and risk teams.

Skills and Qualifications

Skills

  • Deep understanding of Crypto Assets, Blockchain, and Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT).
  • Strong expertise in Digital Assets Custody and infrastructure.
  • Solid experience in Product Management, ideally within financial services or fintech.
  • Ability to conduct detailed market analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and regions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Luxembourgish is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in or with the Luxembourg market is an advantage.
