Job Description
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of institutional clients within the Digital Assets space. This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, strategy, and risk, and plays a key part in shaping and delivering a best-in-class client experience aligned to the Bank’s global Digital Assets strategy.
You will act as a trusted advisor to complex clients, building long-term partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring strong governance throughout the client lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of institutional Digital Assets clients, delivering high-quality, consistent client service
- Contribute to the development of the client pipeline and execution of the global client management strategy
- Retain existing relationships while identifying and progressing new business and referral opportunities in partnership with Sales and internal teams
- Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and supporting long-term relationship growth
- Serve as a regional escalation point for client issues, leading resolution in line with agreed escalation frameworks
- Support client onboarding and ensure robust ongoing relationship governance
- Collaborate across the network to deliver consistent, high-quality service across locations
- Review client feedback and drive continuous improvement in partnership with internal stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
- Strong interest and conviction in Digital Assets; relevant certifications or training are an advantage
- Extensive end-to-end knowledge of Securities Services within Transaction Banking
- Proven experience managing institutional or complex client relationships
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in English; French and/or German is a strong advantage
