JOB SUMMARY

As a PMO, candidate will be responsible for:
• Support & ensure the implementation of programme delivery is in line with the Bank’s control and governance framework
• Prepare, manage and maintain, and track quality of key programme management artefacts such as
epics on ADO, risks and issues, dependency mapping, budget and forecast, programme plan and initiative plans
• Ensure all project deliverables, artefacts and approvals are stored in a structured format for future recovery and audit
• Review, control and report on financial status of the individual workstream and overall programme as per the bank’s standards and workstream governance
• Support and coordinate performance/benefits reporting, budgeting and forecast processes
• Prepare status reporting as required for stakeholder requirements, and programme office, including the various Agile ceremonies such as refinement forum, and other engagements as required
• Implement governance standards across the programme, including tracking, monitoring and updating the programme metrices
• Ensure that Clarity is up to date including key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts, and that they are tracked and reported to the appropriate governance bodies
• Ensure that all submissions to committees and working groups are of the right quality and are timely
• Implementing programme closure procedure

Other Responsibilities
• Work with senior management to develop and refine the bank's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases that have the potential to deliver significant business value.
Develop business cases for AI projects, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and ROI estimation
Qualification
• Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Languages English Proficiency
Role Specific Technical Competencies

• A minimum of 5 years of PMO experience in large and complex, multi-geography, multi-disciplinary projects
• Experience in agile methodologies
• Certification in PMP / certified scrum master / certified product owner is a plus
• Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organisation’s goal
• Ability to excel in a quick-paced environment, multi-task & deliver to tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation
• Strong knowledge of Clarity & NWOW standards
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Experience in working in Agile projects or Agile environment
