Main Purpose of Role:
To support the PS team in:
•    Supporting cyber risk culture team by providing data collection and analysis support for measuring healthy risk culture through the Culture Quotient (CQ), and providing dashboarding and data analysis as part of insider risk behaviour reinforcement
•    Supporting the delivery of People Security team awareness and adoption activities (e.g. at annual CyberFest events)
•    Supporting the successful delivery of People Security training and awareness through effective monthly governance
•    Supporting Cyber Knowledge Hub Team in data governance and reporting, providing insides and for Cyber Skills Development Forum   

RESPONSIBILITIES

Data management and analysis
•    Support all data-related activities for Culture Quotient (with data owners, Behavioural insights lead, data owners, ICS Risk and control teams)  .
Design and develop the dashboard for quarterly reporting 
•    Collect data from respective data owners, prepare datasets, and work with the Behavioral Analyst to populate results in data tracker.
•    Clean raw datasets and prepare data on a quarterly basis. Support on data analysis tasks for insights report.
•    Document and implement process improvements per control requirements

•    Support power BI dashboards automation and visualisation:
•    Design and develop dashboards to support people security team programmes (e.g. insider risk behaviour reinforcement)
•    Collaborate with data owners to analyze data and define criteria for reporting and automation.
•    Work with Fusion team and assist in data analysis requests
•    Document and implement process improvements per control requirements

•    Manage SABA Learning Hours Process
•    Design and optimize the process for uploading learning hours to SABA.
•    Support the People Security team in performing monthly uploads
•    Maintain and update the learning hours tracker
•    Extract and analyze key data to generate insights

•    Track completions of mandatory and targeted training programmes 
•    Data collection & mgmt.
•    Data analysis
•    Reporting & visualisation

Governance
•    Lead PS team governance session
•    prepare and circulate governance pack (tracker and presentation)
•    Monitor/track key performance measures (including quarterly epics, risk ratings, KPIs)
•    Support risk/compliance activities with appropriate data requests
•    Facilitate the monthly governance session

•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in ICS, Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats)

•    Advise PS team on data indicator refinement across teams
•    Support PS team global head & PS team leads (i.e. cyber risk culture lead, ICS skills lead, ICS training and awareness lead) to provide data inputs to presentations for stakeholder sessions/internal webinars
•    Support data analysis and visualization requests by other members of People Security Team

Our Ideal Candidate

•    Education - Higher Education (Diploma/Degree)
Training     
•    Experience in delivering data-related projects in a highly governed, regulated environment. Experience in handling information and cyber security projects is advantageous
•    Proficiency in analysing large data sets to identify anomalies and trends, using tools for data visualisation and assessment
•    Experience in using data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI
•    Certifications - Data Science
•    Languages - English
