About the Role
This role sits within the People Security team responsible for cyber security education, skills and awareness Bank-wide and will be responsible for the following scope:
Learning Design, Development and Delivery:
- Learning design for new learning pathways and programmes in conjunction with subject matter experts
- Development and deployment of new Cyber Risk Management pathways (and other channels in the Cyber Knowledge Hub as required) and period governance of the existing educational content across all the People Security platforms
- Organisation, moderation and delivery of live sessions as required.
Mandatory Training:
- Annual refresh of the CyberSAFE (and branching e.g. PID, Frontline Workers etc.) mandatory trainings.
- Creation of quarterly mandatory training in line with the ‘Gold campaigns’
- Collaboration with the subject matter experts to ensure the content remains relevant and up to date
Executive Engagement Support:
- Development of the Cyber Master Briefing Deck quarterly
- Support quarterly awareness sessions with Business, Regions, Functions CISO teams
- Ad hoc support for Bronze campaigns as required
Training Needs Analysis :
- ICS Risk Management processes analysis and content gathering for training purposes
- Maintenance of evidence for audit trail purposes
- Support with the preparation of audit queries
- Refresh and maintenance of CyberSpace on diSCover
- Support with the preparation of targeted Bronze campaigns as required
- Collaboration with the central comms team to deliver comms as required
- Cyber Inductions delivery (Cyber Bytes)
- Cooperation with People Capability as squad member (mandatory cyber training, other learning interventions)
- Support of Cyber Skills Awareness Month/CyberFest (October)
- Any additional responsibilities within the People Security team to work across the team and drive down human risk.
- Phishing programme support
- AOB required for People Security
Strategy
- The employee will support the ‘Head, People Security’, and ‘Lead, Cyber Education & Awareness’ to continue to refine the strategy in line with annual developments.

- Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates.
Processes
- Responsible for the continued development of Bank-wide training and targeted training and will follow associated processes as per Risk Culture (ICS) within People Security.
People & Talent
- As a valued member of the People Security team, the employee will live the valued behaviours and help to maintain and build the appropriate culture and values. They will also work in collaboration with others both inside the People Security team and with other teams in the Bank.
Risk Management
- The employee will work with our colleagues in the wider ICS team to provide information as required to fulfil our Risk and Governance responsibilities.
Our Ideal Candidate

Has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Linguistics, HR/Training or other related courses

Has at least 5 years of practical experience in creating training materials with an excellent track record of delivery and execution

Has done learning design and learning programmes and curriculum

Preferably has experience in Information & Cyber Security and/or Risk Management

Has excellent command of the English language -- excellent writing and editorial skills, copywriting

Possess exemplary organisation and time management skills; Can work independently and deliver without micro-management

Highly analytical and able to understand complicated, technical processes to develop targeted training for various audiences (developers, application owners, etc).
