Job Summary
This role will partner closely with clients at the country level to drive relationship growth and strategy.
As a Field Account Manager (FAM)/ Relationship Manager, you will bring deep industry knowledge and develop strong client relationships to understand and uncover specific client needs and advise on customized solutions. You will be part of a purpose-led global business that focuses on sustainability while maintaining profitable revenues. You will embrace new ideas and agile thinking, encourage everyone to evolve the way we do business, for the better. You will deliver a broad range of innovative products and services and provide flexibility in building client portfolios.
You will provide outstanding client experiences and deliver excellent account management and strategic support. You will lead local client account coverage, partnering closely with Global Account Managers and Cluster and Geographies Account Managers to drive account coverage and growth. You will also partner with stakeholders from Product, Operations, Banking and Coverage, to deliver the Corporate and Investment Banking client value proposition.

About Banking and Coverage team
Banking and Coverage owns and leads the management and development of our Client Relationships globally. Our bankers work across the global network together with our product partners to deliver working capital, financing, trade, cash and markets solutions for our clients. The solutions cover a wide range of products and services from sustainable trade finance to credit derivatives to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory.
About Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB)
For more than 170 years we’ve support clients with their transaction banking, financial markets, corporate finance and borrowing needs and provide solutions to nearly 20,000 clients in the world’s fastest-growing economies and most active trade corridors.
Our Ideal Candidate

Has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Business/ Economics or other related courses.

Has at least 10 years of experience as Relationship Manager gained from large bank institutions.

Has good product knowledge in Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, Transaction Banking and Sustainable Finance.

Has proven track in Risk Management and Financial and Credit Analysis.

Has a well-developed business acumen, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Has knowledge of client onboarding, local market nuances and the regulatory landscape.

Can work effectively in a dynamic ever-evolving environment.
