Title: Residual Services Officer - Retail Banking

Job Summary
The Residual Services Officer for Retial Banking will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in Financial and Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reconciliation, System Admin, Vendor Management and Residual Retail Banking activities. This is an Individual Contributor role.
Key Responsibilities
Processes
- Financial Regulatory & Non- Financial Regulatory Reporting - Responsible in ensuring the consolidation, reviewing, and submitting periodic Pan-Bank Financial and Non-Financial regulatory reports, and ensuring compliance with local and group regulations.
- Financial Reconciliation - Responsible in ensuring timely monitoring, consolidation and reconciliation of Pan-Bank internal accounts, and coordination with the Business / Functions/ Operations.
- Country System Administration - Responsible for System user administration functions which encompass creating, managing, and maintaining user accounts, roles, and permissions within a system. The Country System Admin function is independent of the processing unit (or the specific application/system they're managing) to minimize potential conflicts of interest and ensure data integrity. This independence means the administrator's role and responsibilities are separate from the business area they support.
- Vendor Management - Responsible for managing vendor relationships, contracts and performance in services procurement and ensuring compliance with local and group regulations.
- Residual Retail Banking Services - Responsible for providing support services to former Retail Banking clients related to personal financial inquiries/ requests that may arise after the sale of the Retail Banking in November 2016. Also responsible in ensuring that the bank meets its legal and regulatory compliance for accounts that have been subject of regulatory holds e.g. Deceased Accounts, Garnished and Frozen accounts, as well as Dormant and Unclaimed Accounts reporting.
- Business Continuity Plan- Contribute to the effectiveness of the department’s BCP, actively participate in the BCP testing providing timely feedback on BCP matters, make themselves available during contingency situations. Should be fully conversant and knowledgeable of the most updated BCP and keeps a copy of departments call tree readily accessible at his/her place of residence.

Qualifications
- Has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Business Administration/ Technology or other related disciplines
- Has at least 1 year experience in Financial and Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting or financial reconciliation process
- Has good level of understanding of Retail Banking operations and Vendor Management
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially Excel
- Knowledgeable in Compliance, Audit and/or Operational Risk
- Can work within a multi-function, multi-discipline team environment with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven and can work independently and with integrity
- Has excellent communication skills
