JOB SUMMARY

The TA & Onboarding Partner will focus on execution of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes which include candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, pipeline management, pre and post-offer requirements monitoring and onboarding support.

As TA & Onboarding Partner, you will provide administrative support to the TA Lead for Philippines, as well as the Onboarding Lead based in Malaysia, to deliver quality output, faster turnaround time and better experience for both candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business & Strategy

Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the Bank’s goals, structure and strategies and translates this into delivery of results according to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Deliver team objectives by providing operational support in achieving shorter time-to-accept, complete and accurate hiring and onboarding requirements, effective partnership with hiring teams and better candidate experience.
Processes
-
Provide sourcing and screening support by managing the day-to-day applications through the recruitment portal.

Manage the timely and accurate pipeline movement/ dispositioning of candidates for open requisitions.

Arrange interview schedules between the candidates and hiring teams and ensure the schedules and reschedules are properly reflected in the recruitment portal.

Collect, correct, and complete the pre-offer requirements in accordance with the global hiring checklist.

Coordinate with TA Operations team to ensure timely and accurate creation of offers in the system as well as the preparation of employment contracts.

Work with the Background Screening team to ensure timely endorsement and completion of background checks.

Partner with the Malaysia Onboarding team to deliver effective on-the-ground onboarding support for Philippines.
Risk Management & Governance

Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Identify and mitigate risks to the Group by aligning decisions and actions to the policies and procedures of hiring and onboarding.

Escalate process gaps and potential risk exposure relating to hiring and onboarding processes.
Regulatory & Business Conduct

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
-
Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Human Resources or other relevant course.
-
Has at least 2 years of work experience in Recruitment or Recruitment Admin functions, preferably gained in a fast-paced industry.

Has experience working with applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday or SuccessFactors.

A good communicator, in both verbal and written English
-
Can work efficiently in a dynamic, globally competitive organization.

Agile and ambitious – willing to be trained for bigger roles in 1-2 years.
