Job Description: 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UI Designer with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of dashboard design to provide visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces for higher management. This role requires a designer who can understand the nuanced needs of our leadership team, translate complex data into insightful visualizations, and uphold UI best practices throughout the design process. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD is essential, alongside strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•    Dashboard Design: Design user-friendly, data-driven dashboards tailored to the needs of higher management, ensuring clarity, functionality, and visual appeal.
•    UI Process Adherence: Apply UI principles and best practices meticulously from wireframes to final design, maintaining consistency across all design elements.
•    Tool Proficiency: Utilize Figma and Adobe XD effectively to create, update, and manage design assets, ensuring efficiency and collaboration.
•    Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, present designs, and incorporate feedback.
•    User-Centric Approach: Prioritize user experience, considering accessibility, readability, and interaction to optimize interfaces for management’s decision-making needs.
•    Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with UI trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the quality and relevance of the dashboards.

Skills and Experience

•    Looking for a candidate with 8+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, visual aids, etc.
•    Banking / Global Business Services domain knowledge is good to have but not a necessity
•    Experience of running and managing large creative/design initiatives/teams
•    Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
•    Stakeholder management skills and project management skills
•    Expertise in MS office package and Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier and After effects).
