Job Summary
We are currently looking for Manager-People Capability Operations for our People Capability Ops Team in Bangalore. The incumbent will have to manage a team of smart people who are taking care of and assisting the deployments of class-room, virtual, digital & e-learning programmes for the bank, which are administered by GPS People Capability Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
• Accountable and responsible for the productivity, TAT and quality of the team tagged (both in Bangalore and Chennai)
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders (Relationship Managers & PCD) that allows end-to-end seamless delivery of all activities and focus on delivering flawless service delivery in ILT, VILT, Digital & e-Learning deployments
• Responsible for TAT, Quality & meeting the SLA for the projects/deliverables managed
• Gather requirements for the delivery of a new programme & place an effective project plan after analysing different approaches in consultation with platform team & provide a best possible process to deliver the project
• Allocate resource to work on the project and manage effective utilization of resources
• Demonstrate excellent people leader skills and thereby guiding, motivating & developing the team and maintain good morale within the team
• Constantly look for process improvements and simplification of work (never settle)
• Manage the process of raising PO/Invoices for group learning programmes and provide summary to Group PC as and when required and also ensure timely payments to vendors. Also oversee the ‘recharge’ process effectively.
• Involve Analytics team for any reporting requirements
• Adhere to Group Risk, Compliance and Governance 100%

• Education: Any Degree (Preferably In Hr)
