Job Summary
Working closely with businesses and support functions teams on cost related performance management with respective stakeholders along with preparation of Statutory Cost Budgets / Forecast.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthend cost closure including preparation / posting of cost accruals and other cost entries
- Relevant postings into Technical Entity (TE) and reconciliation.
- Preparation of Cost Budgets, Forecast and Outlook at a bank as well as businesses and functions level
- Support in preparation of Statutory cost including Board of Directors (BoD) presentation and related commentaries
- Resolution of day to day cost related queries
- Scrutiny of bills
- Identification of cost save agendas
- Support in Project related activities including Financials and monitoring
- Bring process simplification to achieve efficiencies / synergies and value addition
- Support in raising / reconciling Cross Border Recharges (CBR)
- Monitoring / Reconciliation of relevant balance sheet accounts
- Active involvement in upcoming system changes
- Any other Cost related activities
- Effective communication within the organization at senior levels
- Ensure compliance with Organizational Risk Framework as part of above processes.
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across the Bank
