Job Summary
This is a Fixed Term position for 12 months
The role holder will partner with multiple workstream leads and process excellence team members across the PU programme. The objective is to ensure that PU Programme is delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost, quality, in line with the Bank’s change delivery standards.
Responsibilities
• Programme Management Office
• Provide PMO support across PU workstreams, including progress tracking, status reporting, resource allocations, milestones, and OKRs
• Financial/ Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and allocation, prepare monthly cost plans, analyse variances, initiate corrective actions, to stay on Green status for cost.
• Coordinate vendor engagement and procurement processes including invoice tracking
• Monitor wave plans and key deliverables and collaborate with workstream leads for effective workplan management
• Maintain structured documentation of artifacts in SharePoint/ Confluence; ensure uptodate and auditable records.
• Support stakeholder engagement by consolidating inputs, meeting minutes and following up on actions and decisions, preparing steering packs and other reports as needed.
• Drive alignment with bank change delivery standards, ensuring all workstreams in the programme are compliant.
• Act as liaison to the central governance team for project audits, assurance and health-checks

Our Ideal Candidate
• 7+ years in the project / programme - PMO space, supporting or delivering mid-large size, complex initiatives
• Strategic thinking, ability to identify opportunities and translate this into roadmap and actionable plan
• Knowledge of Process Excellence methodologies (lean, six sigma, zero base design) and proven execution track record
• Strong influencing and communication skills – oral, written and presentation. Proven success in communicating technical information in a simple way.
• A can-do attitude committed to doing what it takes to deliver. Diligent and detail orientated
• Growth mindset. Appetite, ambition and ability to experiment and learn quickly
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills. Establishes effective working relationships across the organisation – from senior to individual teams
• A team player; multi-culturally aware with a proven ability to work in a global service delivery model, with onshore and offshore resources
• Confident and courageous to raise/escalate issues in a pro-active, professional, and timely manner
• Demonstrate understanding of and commitment to the Group’s core values
