Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Collaborative Engagement
Drive the integration of Treasury Specialists within client engagement strategies, ensuring alignment of business strategies that maximize CMPS product impact and profitability. Lead cross-functional initiatives to cultivate innovation and strengthen partnership models with Distribution and Relationship Management teams.

Comprehensive Product Lifecycle Oversight
Champion full ownership of the CMPS product lifecycle, overseeing all phases from ideation and market validation to regulatory compliance, product launch, continuous performance assessment, and thoughtful decommissioning. Manage governance frameworks to ensure adherence to both firm-wide policies and evolving regulatory standards.

Talent Development and Capability Building
Design and implement structured professional development programs targeted at Treasury Specialists and product dealers. Facilitate skill accreditation, market trend education, and regulatory update dissemination to build team agility and responsiveness.

Risk Governance and Compliance Enforcement
Promote a culture steeped in risk mindfulness and ethical standards throughout product and advisory operations. Collaborate extensively with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operational teams to proactively identify potential exposures and implement robust mitigation strategies, safeguarding the bank's integrity and client interests.

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting
