The Officer Integrated Services plays a crucial role in enhancing the client journey by co-owning and supporting the delivery of seamless transacting and servicing experiences for Wealth and Retail Banking clients. This role demands a commitment to delivering operational excellence by aligning with client journey objectives, identifying opportunities to create competitive advantages, and managing change efficiently within the transacting and servicing domain. The officer works collaboratively with the Manager, Non-Financials, and cross-functional teams from Group and Country units to resolve trade-offs between competing priorities, ensuring operational continuity and client satisfaction. This position is based in Manama, Bahrain, offering a full-time office-based work style, specifically designed for Bahraini nationals.

The role requires an individual with strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder communication abilities, and a proactive approach to risk management. It offers a unique opportunity to participate in the digitisation and transformation initiatives aimed at creating best-in-class operational processes that align with regulatory standards while meeting clients' evolving needs. The successful candidate will demonstrate dedication to upholding operational policies and advocating for fair and timely client outcomes, strengthening the bank’s reputation and service commitment across diverse banking segments including Retail, Wealth, Commercial, and Corporate banking.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Operational Excellence
The officer is responsible for executing transactions strictly in line with established procedures and service level agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every step. Taking a pivotal role in supporting digital transformation strategies, the officer will contribute to reshaping processes for enhanced operational efficiency and improved client satisfaction.

Business Knowledge and Cross-Segment Awareness
Demonstrating a solid understanding of account services guidelines and policies, the role requires awareness of the banking business encompassing Wealth and Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and Corporate and Institutional segments, ensuring consistent quality delivery across all relevant product lines.

Process Management and Client Interaction
Key responsibilities include managing critical operational functions such as backing up statement and advice printing and dispatch processes, overseeing vendor invoice accruals, and processing payment activities as per defined standards. The officer will handle cheque book issuance, liaising with vendors for timely personalization, and oversee debit and credit card distribution and renewal services. Timely escalation of exceptions and monitoring of end-of-day process reports ensure continued operational reliability.

The role also encompasses customer complaint handling across multiple channels, including digital platforms like CEMS, resolving queries related to account opening, Internet Banking, ATM services, and statements, thus maintaining high levels of customer service and operational response.

Our organisation values a collaborative environment where each team member contributes to shared success. As part of the Integrated Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting seamless banking operations, adapting to evolving business needs, and engaging directly with internal teams and external partners to foster an efficient service culture.

In this role, being resilient and adaptable is key. You will be expected to embrace continuous learning, applying feedback constructively to improve processes and client outcomes. Effective prioritisation and clear communication with stakeholders across different functions will be essential in managing competing demands and delivering sustainable improvements.

The Officer Integrated Services is expected to maintain a proactive approach to risk and compliance, ensuring all processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls. This diligence drives client trust and supports the bank's commitment to ethical banking practices.

Demonstrating integrity and a customer-first mindset, the role demands attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach to everyday challenges. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across teams, actively contributing to a culture that prizes innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.

This opportunity offers exposure to diverse banking products and operational frameworks within a dynamic, international banking environment. The officer’s role in bridging client needs with operational capabilities will be critical in supporting the bank’s mission to drive commerce and prosperity responsibly.
