Job Description: 

JOB SUMMARY

This role is accountable for business and technical support of credit card management application in India.
Responsibilities include change and release management, vendor co-ordination, technical updates, security and quality assurance processes. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Processes
•    Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and vendor for technical support and change releases.
•    Oversee the timely renewal and deployment of digital certificates for bank interfaces to prevent any application outage and maintain security.
•    Monitor system scan reports for application vulnerabilities and coordinate patching schedules with the vendor.
•    Liaise with project, operations and business teams to complete UVT and TVT for any changes performed at bank or vendor end.
•    Communicate the change schedule and downtime to all relevant stakeholders.
•    Participate in vendor review meetings and contribute to discussions regarding service improvement and optimization of support processes.
•    Participate in major incident calls and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive issue closure. 
•    Support internal and external audit requests by liaising with relevant teams and providing accurate responses.

Qualifications

•    Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent certification.
•    Minimum 7 years of experience in production support and/or technology service management.
•    At least 3 years of experience in working with external vendors.
•    Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and best practices
•    Excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
•    The position may require candidate to be on standby support during non-office hours for high-priority issues.
