Job Description: 

Corporate & Investment Banking Apprentice - India  

 

Our 12 Months Apprenticeship Programme is designed to give you real responsibility from day one and the opportunity to build your skills in one of the world’s most dynamic areas of banking.  

 

In Corporate & Investment Banking, we support some of the world’s largest companies, financial institutions and investors. You’ll contribute to work that helps our clients move money, manage risk, raise capital and grow their businesses across some of the world’s most dynamic markets.  

 

You won’t just observe how a global bank operates – you'll help power it. In Technology and Operations, you sit at the heart of how we deliver for our clients each day. You’ll work on live processes, support real transactions and help ensure our clients’ needs are met accurately, effectively, and safely.   

 

Throughout the programme, you’ll:  

 

  • Take ownership of meaningful work and contribute to real client and business priorities  
  • Build your commercial awareness and understanding of global markets and businesses  
  • Develop analytical and problem-solving skills by working with data and complex information  
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams, functions and markets 
  • Strengthen your communication and stakeholder management skills  
  • Gain exposure to senior leaders and thought-leadership sessions 

 

By the end of the year, you’ll have built practical skills, gained experience of working in a global business and developed a clearer understanding of where a career in Corporate & Investment Banking could take you.

For technical roles, we particularly value backgrounds in Finance & Banking, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics and Statistics.

To be eligible for this apprenticeship programme, you need to have graduated from college in 2026.
