You’ll work on live processes, support real transactions and help ensure our clients’ needs are met accurately, effectively, and safely.

Throughout the programme, you’ll:

•    Take ownership of meaningful assignments that impact real clients

•    Develop confidence working with data, systems and processes
•    Learn how risk, controls and governance protect a global bank
•    Strengthen your communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Gain exposure to senior leaders and thought-leadership sessions

By the end of the year, you’ll understand how a global bank runs behind the scenes – and the role you can play in shaping its future.

What we’re looking for

We're looking for curious, driven individuals who want to learn how global banking works in practice.
You should:

•    Be a final-year student or recent graduate (BTech, B.E,  Computer Science or related disciplines)
•    Have strong academic performance and be actively involved beyond the classroom
•    Be confident working with data and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
•    Be detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
•    Demonstrate integrity and a strong sense of responsibility

No prior banking experience is required – just the motivation to learn and contribute.
