Regulatory reporting and Changes, UAT & System Enhancement, Internal & External Audit, Exchange queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Job Holder’s responsibilities extend to process Third party product, IPO, Mutual Fund scheme, Company fixed deposit (CFD) , GOI Bonds , 64 EC Bonds ,Sovereign gold Bond.
- CFD Application copy Checking & verification in System.
- Raising of Objection to concern Team, if any.
- Handing of CFD Queries
- CFD APPLN.MAS, ACK, COMPLETION checking, Master creation.
- CFD Service Requests
- CFD/ IPO /MF Brokerage Verification and calculation checking.
- CFD Invoice & Payment tracking and posting.
- CFD & MF Accrual Calculation
- CFD E FDR tracking
- CFD Emailer to clients
- MF, CFD, BONDS, IPO - QR & INR Code file preparation & checking of invoices and tracking
- Ledger posting & reconciliation.
- CFD files Archival
- CFD MISC.WORK (ROI, BROK.RATE, FORMS, FDR ETC)
- MF Receipt, Profit, Accrual and GST working.
- MF Client query handling
- BOND processing
- Coordination with ESS / Main Broker / Company
- GST FILE Preparation, Outward supply file to Finance
- SGB - Tracking of brokerage payment - JV /RV Preparation,
- Fund core Software - UAT/Testing & system enhancement
- CFD transaction Reconciliation file to SCB
- Internal & Statutory Audit handling
- Timely regulatory reporting to reporting.
- Timely submission of Daily /Monthly MIS
- To ensure error free processing of requests
- To ensure that all activities are carried out within the defined turnaround time.
- Compliance with the SEBI, Exchange and Group standards and rules & regulations of the Company and the Group at all times
- To ensure that complaints and enquires are resolved as per defined turnaround time.
- Preparing the documents and response based on Prohibitory / Attachment orders.
- Good knowledge of MS-Excel, Word and MS Office
- Conversant with current Trade & settlement of fund & securities procedures/ Regulatory guidelines
- Preparation of different types of MI and reports for internal purpose and Regulatory reporting
- Co-ordination with Auditors / Inspection team for Operation activities
- Conversant with requirements like demographic changes like change in address, change in bank details or any other such account modification.
- To perform reconciliation on Daily, monthly basis & ensure that all laid down process requirements by SCB / SCSI are all followed on ongoing basis.
- To ensure processing all requests within the timeline defined by Regulators, Group and the process note
- Provide information to all internal / external stake holder(s) in timely manner.
- Handle the job additionally assign by Line Manager from time to time.

Skills and Experience
- Graduate. Supplementary certifications related to Capital Markets preferred.
- Prior experience of 3-5 years preferably in areas related to Capital Markets/Finance.
- Good domain knowledge of functioning of Capital Markets.
- Good knowledge of Broking and basic working knowledge of MS Office & process management
- Strong “people’ Skills
- Cross team collaboration – Proactive engagement with Business Units and all responsible persons in the unit.
- The ability to communicate to different levels within the organization and take the issues to closure
Qualifications
- Graduate. Supplementary certifications related to Capital Markets preferred.
- Prior experience of 3-5 years preferably in areas related to Capital Markets/Finance.
