Job Summary
• The Job Holder’s responsibilities extend to Trade processing, Bill data generation & Posting,
• Trade Reconciliation / Obligation tally of Cash including FNO, SBLM.
• Settlement of Securities Payin & Payout as per the regulatory timeline.
• Reconcile the Securities Holding and Exchange reporting.
• Reconciliation of pledge / Repledge and unpledged and MTF Position
• Allocation of Corporate Action to beneficiary clients & reconciliation
• BOD Files generation, validation of holdings, limits, position for BOD files for Front office.
• Timely regulatory reporting to Exchange as applicable for the job function
• Compliance with the SEBI, Exchange and Group standards and rules & regulations of the Company and the Group at all times.
• To ensure that complaints and enquires are resolved as per defined turnaround time
• Good knowledge of MS-Excel and MS Office
• Co-ordination with Auditors / Intermediaries /Compliance towards all audits and inspections and queries
• Knowledge of Depository activities related to settlement of trades & Corporate Action, Pledge / unpledged.
• To ensure processing all requests within the timeline defined by Regulators, Group and the process note
• Provide information to all internal / external stake holder(s) in timely manner.
• Any additional activity assigned by Line Manager from time to time.
• Automate processes, bring in efficiency through automation

Our Ideal Candidate
• Graduate. Supplementary certifications related to Capital Markets preferred.
• Prior experience of 1-5 years preferably in areas related to Capital Markets/Finance.
• Good domain knowledge of functioning of Capital Markets.
• Good knowledge of Broking and basic working knowledge of MS Office & process management
• Strong “people’ Skills
• Cross team collaboration – Proactive engagement with Business Units and all responsible persons in the unit.
• The ability to communicate to different levels within the organization and take the issues to closure
