Job Description: 

Job Summary

  • Processing of Kyc modification & UCC Reconciliation

Key Responsibilities

The Job Holder’s responsibilities extend to process

  • Account opening process (End to End)
  • Digital & Physical onboarding of Trading & Demat Account, checking, Scrutiny, rectification in consultation with RM and onboarding in various system
  • Verification of Tariffed mapped in System with Client Tariff signed sheet.
  • Mapping / reporting of Unique Client Code (UCC) to Exchange portal & Download of UCC response file of new & existing clients on modification
  • Client Communication in Digital / Physical
  • Activation of client in various system
  • Uploading various files in Online trading system (Frontoffice) Existing
  • Derivative activation, MTF Activation & Flexi Trade, UT data send Monthly to Risk & other Team
  • Brokerage Slab creation as per the Business Requirement
  • Follow up with Technology for system related issue
  • Client set up in miles for PCG and NDPMS accounts FOR FILEE UPLOADE

  • NSDL /CDSL / CKYC DATA RECON (CKYC Compliant/CKYC Non Compliant)
  • BSE MF STAR STATUP IN BSE MF UCC
  • NRI SETUP for NREPIS MAIL TO KYCDPOPS & follow up with GBS team
  • Processing all type of modification of client static data, Brokerage reduction in System
  • Reconciliation of Client mapping in various systems
  • Good knowledge of MS-Excel and MS Office
  • Preparation of different types of MI and reports for internal purpose and Regulatory reporting
  • Co-ordination with Auditors / Inspection team for Operation activities
  • To ensure that all activities are carried out within the defined turnaround time.
  • Compliance with the SEBI, Exchange and Group standards and rules & regulations of the Company and the Group at all times
  • To perform reconciliation on Daily, monthly basis & ensure that all laid down process requirements by SCB / SCSI are all followed on ongoing basis
  • Provide information to all internal / external stake holder(s) in timely manner.
  • Handle the job additionally assign by Line Manager from time to time

  • Ensure timely reconciliations and verification of exchange reconciliation with Backoffice system LD & TR.

  • Ensured timely completion of JOB as per the current regulatory and company policies and procedure.                                          
  • Ensure proper utilization and allocation of Job in shift duty for smooth functioning of day to day activities. Effective span of control over the unit staff in day to day activities for completion of work within stimulated time.

  • Ensuring & follow up compliance requirements, including SEBI reporting per guidelines

  • Focus on daily activities with Skill and knowledge
  • Ensure timely completion activities which will be Client centric.

Skills and Experience

  • Graduate. Supplementary certifications related to Capital Markets preferred.
  • Prior experience of 1-3 years preferably in areas related to Capital Markets/Finance.
  • Good domain knowledge of functioning of Capital Markets.
  • Good knowledge of Broking and basic working knowledge of MS Office & process management
  • Strong “people’ Skills 
  • Cross team collaboration – Proactive engagement with Business Units and all responsible persons in the unit.
  • The ability to communicate to different levels within the organization and take the issues to closure

Qualifications

  • Graduate. Supplementary certifications related to Capital Markets preferred.
  • Prior experience of 1-5 years preferably in areas related to Capital Markets/Finance.
