Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Partnering with senior business stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, solve strategic business challenges, and drive commercial outcomes through analytics and data-driven decision making  
•    Act as a trusted advisor to segment, product, sales, and digital teams, translating business priorities into actionable analytics solutions that improve client acquisition, engagement, deepening, retention, and profitability

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary analytics consultant for designated business portfolios (Affluent, Wealth, Deposits, SME, Liabilities, Digital, etc.).
•    Shape strategy through data, customer insights, and performance diagnostics.
•    Challenge existing assumptions and identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, customer experience, and productivity
•    Present recommendations and business cases to senior leadership forums.
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, efficient and robust data management.

•    Presentation skills, storytelling

Qualifications

Key Experiences
•    4-6 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in banking/fintechs.
Certifications/Qualifications
•    Candidates passed out of ISI / IIT / IIM etc. premier institutes
•    Candidates with a Master’s degree in the fields of Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, MBA
Languages
•    SAS, SQL, Python etc
