Key Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Partner WRB India Business Heads to drive business and team reviews & drive productivity.
  • Plan & Design campaigns and sales initiatives 
  • Deliver strategic projects for WRB India Business Heads and their team.
  • Define and deliver analytics use case(s)
  • Own the 9-blocks of analytics for your respective Business Head

Business

  • Understand the nuances and requirements of Affluent, SME and Wealth management businesses within WRB India, solve for the Data Projects related to any of these businesses.

Processes

  • Uphold the responsibilities of the Data & Analytics processes, including storage and usage of Personal data and sensitive data.

Risk Management

  • Ensure data is handled and processed appropriately within the Group and Regulatory guidelines.

Governance

  • Track measure and monitor quality and efficiency of delivery. Support the formalization of Data & MI processes.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
