Job Summary

Cash Solution Sales Role within the BB Liabilities Business in West India. 
 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Work with Director & Head – Cash Strategy Sales, BB Liabilities, BB India, to devise strategies and implementation plans, to ensure deliverance of CASA targets of the BB team.  

Business 

  • Business Banking Liabilities – Cash Management Solutions Sales. 
  • Includes the Responsibility of driving Cash Solutions sales along with BB liabilities RMs. This involves ensuring a synergy of direction and implementation, of the Cash Sales Strategies as agreed with Director & Head – Cash Strategy Sales, BB Liabilities, BB India.  
     

Processes

  • Sales, solutioning, implementation, tracking 

Governance 

  • Make sure there are no adverse Audit comments 

Regulatory & Business Conduct 

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
