Job Summary
• Anchoring Corporate Fixed Deposit (CFD) and Fixed Income business
• Channel management across the channel i.e. SCSI, and SCB
• Providing training to frontline on various product offering of Fixed Income across channels i.e. SCSI dealers and ES, SCB RMs and Wealth Specialist.
• Enabling new CFD / Fixed Income opportunity for the customers and partnering with various distributors for expanding Fixed Income Bond universe
• Coordinating and setting up process with the partner for seamless experience for the customers and the internal staff
• Driving business of Fixed Income product including primary and secondary market bonds. Tracking and ensuring fresh and renewal business of CFD
• Engaging and partners for query resolution, MIS and revenue realization.
• Adhering to group governance framework
• Timely updation of group governance requirement as and when raised
• Preparing business MIS for better tracking of business
• Ownership of revenue generation of Fixed Income product function
• Co-ordinating with various functions like Risk, Operations, IT, Compliance, and Governance
• Taking initiatives to expand the customer segment for higher fixed income participation within the group governance framework

Skills and Experience
• Good domain knowledge of functioning of Fixed Income and CFD business.
• Good knowledge of Broking and basic working knowledge of MS Office & process management
• Strong “people’ Skills
• Cross team collaboration – Proactive engagement with Business Units and all responsible persons in the unit.
• The ability to communicate to different levels within the organization and take the issues to closure
Qualifications
• Graduate. Supplementary certifications related to Capital Markets preferred.
• Prior experience of 10 - 12 years preferably in areas related to Fixed Income and CFD business.
• Good in Microsoft Office
