Job Summary
• Analyse and track equities and indices using technical tools to provide recommendations.
• Develop and implement technical research framework to identify suitable investment opportunities for the clients.
• Generate intra -day, short term and medium-term trading call in line with investment strategy framework
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the equities asset class, demonstrating proficiency in using technical research tools
Prepare and publish investment strategy note for clients basis technical outlook on markets and on stocks
• Engage with frontline sales and dealing team sharing the recommendations and underlying rationale.

Understanding of Clients and the teams
• Deep understanding of equity asset class and its linkages with micro/macro parameters
• Good data analytics skills and experience in the technical research tools
• Ensure analytics driven approach to identify the suitable investment opportunity for the customers with appropriate risk reward ratio
• Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated abilities in networking with cross-functional teams
• Problem solving supported by both in and out of the box thinking
People & Talent
o Driving an environment of collaboration, both within the team, in-country to ensure issues are raised and resolved
o Developing succession plans

• To ensure compliance with Group Policies and Standards, local laws and regulations as well as all controls and procedures laid down by the entity
Key Responsibilities

• Have strong knowledge of local regulations and initiatives of local industry bodies to ensure the business is ahead of the regulatory change
• Proactively engage business & functional partners / stakeholders to drive the origination product offering and sales discipline

Qualifications
• Graduate -MBA Preferred
• 8-12 years’ experience in BFSI industry (product/segment role preferred)
• Strong grasp on brokerage product management
• Thorough understanding of Capital Markets & Trading Products and In-depth knowledge of technical Trading
Good knowledge of financial products with responsibilities for technical research
