Job Summary
Strategy
• Review & approve cases on PLUTO system & track periodic/trigger review cases for timely completion.
• Timely & accurate execution of CDD process related activities.
• Identifies and shares best practices with Head, CDD with a view to implementing standardized, simplified and automated processes and providing a competitive service.
• Ensure that there are no adverse audit observations in CDD or any other Business/Function area within SC Capital from a CDD function perspective.
• Deliver Operations business efficiency targets.
• Drive adoption of digital banking initiatives of SC Capital.
• Seamless execution and implementation of new Projects / Systems in SC Capital.
Leadership Capability, People and Talent
• To be the source of reference within the business in facilitating/promoting the understanding of CDD processes.
• Identify knowledge gaps, facilitate development of training material, and arrange relevant business training on key CDD Policies & Processes.
• Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and work in collaboration with External Partners and Internal stakeholders.
Processes
• Participate in CDD related - functional / technical discussions and contribute to digital process design and implementation
• Ensure facilitation and smooth rollout of CDD related system integration related initiatives
• Support business in minimizing operational risks and losses, and proactive identification of risks and concerns, including escalation to all relevant stakeholders
• Timely mitigation of risks and resolution of issues including collaboration with all relevant stakeholder functions, and establishment of effective controls
• Effective stakeholder engagement to understand and fulfil the needs of internal and external clients
Key Responsibilities
