Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cash Product Manager to join our Transaction Banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, management, and enhancement of our cash management products and services. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and technology partners, to ensure our offerings meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of cash management products, ensuring they align with market trends and client needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize offerings.
- Innovation: Drive innovation in cash management products, leveraging new technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Cash Management Product.
- Proven experience in cash management or transaction banking.
- Strong understanding of cash management products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
