Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Liaise and coordinate with business functions (Cash, Trade, Retail – SME, HR, Learning Content, Testing coordination – UVT / UAT)
•    Multiple language understanding and conversion to deliver 22 languages on consent and delivery – QA check for both system and process (a combination of T&O with privacy lens and closely work with CDO team)
•    BRD Creation for respective functions and deep dive to ensure completion at various stages till transition
•    Breach management process – Implementation – Define success metrics and delivery of wing-to-wing process
•    System changes coordination with relevant business verticals to shove in till BAU from program inception
•    Drive learning and awareness as well as adoption
•    Coordinate and manage to deliver the project on time within budget – right t7hrough implementation
•    Assess on CRA, DRA and end to end 1LOD and 2LOD deliverables
•    Demonstrate collaboration and corelate DPDPA into SCB functional aspects with project planning and implementation support

Strategy

•    Assist the Senior Program Manager in devising strategy while collaborate with functions in CDO, CIB and Subsidiaries in relevance to DPDPA program. 
•    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and compliance function to chart out the data breach reporting
