Title: Director & Product Manager - International Wealth Solutions

Job Summary
The person will lead the strategic development, solutioning and positioning of international wealth solutions from GIFT city for both affluent clients onshore and offshore. The person will drive the wealth solution product strategy, both inbound and outbound solutions across Funds, AIFs, Insurance, Fixed Income and Structured products and own the P&L.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• The person will lead the strategic development, solutioning and positioning of international wealth solutions from GIFT city for both affluent clients onshore and offshore. The person will drive the wealth solution product strategy, both inbound and outbound solutions across Funds, AIFs, Insurance, Fixed Income and Structured products and own the P&L.
Business
• Drive the product strategy across Funds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, Fixed Income and Structured Products.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market conditions, economic trends, and structure solutions across wealth products for Inbound for offshore affluent clients and outbound solutions for resident clients.
• Collaborate with country and group product teams across MI, CMPS and Bancassurance to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Manage partner agreements and engagement from GIFT City and ensure optimisation of cost structure.
Processes
• Ensuring the appropriateness of solutions and compliance to all internal and regulatory related policies. Ensure the implementation of appropriate systems and operational processes to measure and manage KPIs and profitability
People & Talent
• Collaborate with frontline (specialists, RMs) and support functions to deliver and provide effective client solutions and expand our International wealth solutions proposition.
Risk Management
• To ensure timely identification, assessment, and mitigation of international wealth solution business. Ensure adherence to Group Risk policies.
Governance
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
• Ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations forms part of the culture.
• Engage with all audit report findings and ensure feedback is acted upon
Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Serve as a Director of the Board

Skills and Experience
• Detailed understanding of the dynamics of GIFT City products and structuring solutions
• Capability to build relationships with the market ecosystem
• Experience in product management
• Strategic orientation and aptitude
