Job Description: 

Job Summary

Manage a team of 4 hunters who need to be driven to acquire 9 NTB clients each with a funded book of INE 90 crs each.  This book needs to manage till end of the year and handed over to portfolio team. Hunter TL needs to ensure proper monitoring and security perfection for the clients acquired through hunters.

Key Responsibilities

Business
•    Lead a team of 4 RMs across Mumbai and Indore for driving acquisition of clients in the Medium Enterprise Segment (Client sales turnover up to USD 100 Million and managing the existing set of clients, portfolio to achieve the desired asset and revenue growth nos. with full control on portfolio health & hygiene. 
•    NTB target per RM – 8 NTB in a year per Hunter RM with a minimum ticket size of USD 1 Million.
•    Responsible for origination of new clientele and would work closely as a team with RMs for deepening portfolio and driving revenue growth.
•    Deliver on Cross Sell and One bank agenda – referrals to and from other verticals
•    Work on Segment strategy – Industry verticals
•    Private Bank referrals
•    Develop people.   
•    Achieving assigned full year objectives as per annual P3 document

Processes
•    Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulations.
•    To embed Operational Risk monitoring as an integral part of the business process. Towards this, to effectively carry out the assigned role, if any, under Compliance Risk Management and Operational Risk Management Assurance.
•    Identify prospects and convert in line with Banks appetite
•    Leading the RMs to close client calls on a positive note. 
•    Understanding the requirement of the clients and take pre deal approvals / clearances.
•    Successfully negotiate and close out pricing and other deal dynamics with clients.
•    Oversee the quality and turnaround of the credit proposal to ensure faster delivery.       
•    Oversee the CCM to ensure all day-to-day activities are completed / performed to ensure client satisfaction. 
•    Overall monitoring the account conduct of the clients on periodic basis, to maintain a healthy portfolio 

Others:
•    Be flexible, responsive and accessible; maintain frequent but added-value contact with client
•    Build relationships with decision makers and influences within a client’s circle of influence
•    Follow up quickly on outstanding issues, updates or questions to ensure flawless execution
•    Act as an advocate for client and help them to navigate the Bank
•    Obtain feedback from client and seek to exceed their expectations

People and Talent
•    Managing a Team of 4-5 RMs and work closely with them which enables deepening in relationship and driving revenue growth.
•    Lead through talent and build the culture and values.
•    Ensure ongoing training and development
•    Employ, engage and retain high quality talent

Risk Management
•    Monitor all major risk issues and concentrations. Where appropriate, direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to Risk Committees

Governance 
•    Promote an environment where compliance with internal control functions and the external regulatory framework is a central priority of the business

Key Requirements for the role:
•    Knowledge of Client Coverage, Transaction Banking and Financial Markets products – to enable assessment of cross-business issues.
•    Fair understanding of CCIB Credit Risks and assessment including credit analysis.
•    Relevant business experience in operations, business analysis or project management.
•    Strong analytical skills, detail-focused with the ability to interpret large volume of information.
•    Problem solving skills with ability to influence across all levels of business.
•    Ability to independently drive initiatives with minimum hands-on supervision.

Qualifications

•    Master’s degree in Banking or Finance preferred.  
•    Ideally 12+ years of experience in banking, analytical or another relevant environment
•    Languages: English and/or local language skills as relevant to country requirements
