Title: Manager, Affluent Portfolio Management

Job Summary
This role works with the Head, Affluent Portfolio Management to drive affluent portfolio quality and performance, by focusing on growth in key portfolio metrics and execution of initiatives in partnership with products, analytics and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Drive affluent portfolio quality and growth in portfolio metrics: Net new money, % of AUM qualified clients, % of wealth active clients, wealth needs met and new to wealth
Business
PORTFOLIO QUALITY
- Work with analytics to implement a continuous upgrade / downgrade programme for affluent clients
- Publish a holistic view of key portfolio metrics across segments / channels and products
- Implement strategies for householding and products per client
CAMPAIGNS
- Drive analytics-led campaigns for frontline.
- Implement campaign plan for existing (ETB) clients covering events, communications, digital sales & marketing
CLIENT-CHANNEL MAPPING
- Identify and track RM channel wise performance on portfolio KPIs
ATTRITION MANAGEMENT
- Analyse trends and insights on qualified to unqualified slidebacks, AUM drop, segment and wealth attrition
- Implement initiatives in partnership with marketing and analytics for pro-active management of attrition and winback.
Processes
- Ensure regulatory compliance and streamline operational procedures
- Implement efficient processes for tracking engagement and performance
People & Talent
- Work with cross-functional teams across products, sales, legal and compliance, marketing, finance, analytics for initiatives to drive growth across affluent portfolio metrics
Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal risk frameworks
- Proactively monitor portfolio quality and growth in KPIs, take active steps to mitigate risk
Governance
- Maintain robust governance practices
- Report performance and risk metrics to senior management and relevant stakeholders
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
