Job Summary
The role involves strengthening the affluent client value proposition, delivering compelling proof points and building a differentiated affluent segment offering. The role also works on improving client metrics in affluent segment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Strengthen the affluent client value proposition to improve acquisition and client portfolio metrics and grow wallet share.
- Work with alliance partners / concierge / solution providers and product stakeholders to build a differentiated, high-quality proposition that drives client acquisition, adoption and portfolio growth
- Track adoption and usage of CVP enablers, monitor associated growth in portfolio metrics such as FUM qualification, wealth activation, NTB acquisition and quality
Business
- Ensure the Client Value Proposition is up to market standards and establish the
- proposition cost-benefit ratio. Align CVP offerings to drive portfolio quality: FUM qualification, wealth activation and net new money.
- Drive initiatives to improve FUM Qualification and Wealth Penetration
Processes
- Implement efficient processes for tracking engagement and performance
People & Talent
- Work with cross-functional teams across products, sales, legal and compliance, marketing, to deliver the CVP asks
Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal risk frameworks
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with segment CVP,
Governance
- Maintain robust governance practices
- Report performance and risk metrics to senior management and relevant stakeholders

- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
