Job Summary

• Performance management - Implementation of CFLIP and Group Scorecard model for all channels managed
• Work closely with Product & SBIM team to release frontline scorecard on timely manner.
• An analysis on productivity and identification of improvement areas  
• To work closely with the Business Banking Channel Manager / Product & Sales team and enable them to achieve Business budgets. 
• Scorecard Communication Report, Business Continuity Plan & Test Reports.
• Ensure timely and effective co-ordination with all units so that business objectives are driven, and processes are adhered to.
• Manage scorecard queried and address them on timely manner 
• Business Reporting, Head count Reporting, Other MIS (Internal Flashes) for Business Banking Team, India.  
• Maintaining and updating daily, weekly and monthly business tracker, as required.
• Business analysis - Micro/Macro level (City/Segment Head/Head BB) across all products, 
• Budgets preparation for all KPIs for BC & BBRM Job Family at all Levels.
• Preparing and managing all relevant MIS reports, ensuring that all key sales MIS are sent on time, accurately and consistently within the relevant TAT’s, focusing on Automated MIS.
• Assist Head – Channel and Performance mgmt. in strategy related work
• Provide thematic analysis on scorecard structure and related performance   
• Ensure timely and effective co-ordination with all units so that business objectives are driven, and processes are adhered to
• Budgets preparation for all KPIs for BB Job Family at all Levels
• Timeliness: Preparing and managing all relevant MIS reports, ensuring that all key sales MIS are sent on time, accurately and consistently within the relevant TAT’s, focusing on Automated MIS
• Identify Process inefficiencies and champion right through to implementation.
• Managing BRRMS and RFI system access required for large transaction processing 

Key Responsibilities

• Scorecard management for BB Frontline teams. 
• Ensure timely and effective co-ordination with all units so that business objectives are driven, and processes are adhered to
• Business Reporting, Head count Reporting, Other MIS (Internal Flashes) for BB Team, India.  Maintaining and updating daily, weekly and monthly business tracker, as required.
• Analysing Business - Micro/Macro level (City/Segment Head/Head BB) across all products, 
• Budgets preparation for all KPIs for BB Job Family at all Levels
• Timeliness: Preparing and managing all relevant MIS reports, ensuring that all key sales MIS are sent on time, accurately and consistently within the relevant TAT’s, focusing on Automated MIS
• Monitor and manage the Business Banking head count to make sure we never breach the budgeted HC.
• Identify Process inefficiencies and champion right through to implementation.
• Managing BRRMS and RFI system access required for large transaction processing 

Business
• All relevant adhoc request from regulatory authorities.
• To track and manage the Loose Rivets Programme related to Business Banking.
• MIS streamlining and TAT tracking.
• Process gaps to be identified and closed.
• To monitor manage and close BB sanction & prohibited exits cases.
• Identify the process gaps in DOI’s and close them.
• Manage Audit closure with the help of product team. 

Processes
• To track and manage end to end regulatory reporting,
• Trench III reporting for Business Banking.
• Quarterly RBI submissions for Business Banking.
• All relevant adhoc request from regulatory authorities.
• To track and manage the Loose Rivets Programme related to Business Banking.
BB CDD:
• Remediation- (PRR and TRR)
• MIS streamlining and TAT tracking.
• Process gaps to be identified and closed.
• To monitor manage and close BB sanction & prohibited exits cases.
• Identify the process gaps in DOI’s and close them.
• Manage Nodal officer ID for Business Banking to monitor closure requests received from other banks.
• Manage Audit closure with the help of product team. 

People & Talent 
• Discuss, Agree, Document and regularly review individual learning and development plans for all direct reports
• Monitor performance and provide continuous feedback to the team members.

Risk Management
• Drive Risk Management Culture within Business Banking.
• To track and manage the Loose Rivets Programme related to Business Banking.
• Drive Process Improvements and fixing of process gaps within Business Banking.
• Manage Nodal officer ID for Business Banking to monitor closure requests received from other banks.
• Manage Audit closure with the help of the rest of the BB Product Team. 

Governance 
• To track and manage end to end regulatory reporting,
• All relevant ad-hoc request from regulatory authorities.
• To track and manage all loose revert items related to Business Banking.
BB CDD:

• Process gaps to be identified and closed.
