Job Summary

•    Document & track BRD, CR for changes.
•    Deliver a suite of regular reporting, providing key analysis and recommendations for changes, pro-actively identifying issues and proposing solutions.
•    Automation of reports via tools such as python, sql analyser, Power BI etc
•    Gathering data from primary or secondary data sources to identify and interpret trends.
•    Perform Statistical tests on large datasets to determine data quality and integrity.
•    Evaluating system performance and design, as well as its effect on data quality.
•    Running data queries to identify issues and data exceptions.
•    Reporting data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs.
•    Documenting processes and maintain data records.
•    Adhering to best practises in data analysis.
•    Keeping abreast of developments and trends in data quality analysis.
•    Input relevant controls for processes which are critical and/or sensitive process.
•    Manage data quality concerns in a strategic way, ensuring problems are fixed at source and not sustained via offline workarounds and cottage industries.
•    Track issue ticket, perform root cause and monitor for closure.
•    Build queries to validate data flow, data quality across all HR applications involved in the HR projects.
•    Monitor the Data quality measures on a periodic frequency and complete a detailed root cause analysis, wherever DQ scores exceed Thresholds for Critical Data Elements.

•    Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's / Master's degree.
•    5+ year of experience in Data quality, assurance or Data Governance lead roles.
•    Knowledge and understanding of Reporting tools.
•    Experience in Data Warehousing Tools and Models.
•    Able to understand data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures.
•    Ability to create new validations essential for process and systems.
•    Able to crunch data perform analysis and share business insights.
•    Experience in enterprise operating environment preferably in HCM.
•    Knowledge on various HR ERP and end user applications.
•    Familiarity in database design and architecture and awareness on different programming languages and its applicability.
•    Ability to understand scripting and knowledge in multiple SQL platforms. the role.>
